Yes. But it's not an error message an end user sees, not even when doing "rpm -i ..." in CLI. It just pops up in one of standard tests all RHEL RPMs go through and it (usually) indicates that some parts of the RPM aren't runnable. IMHO it's perfectly acceptable in our special case, we just must know what's going on, which parts are affected and why. And we should tell the users what does not work, of course.
