jbossTychoPluginsVersion is set to 0.26.0-SNAPSHOT see https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-build/blob/master/parent/pom.xml#L31

there's no 0.26.0-SNAPSHOT version in repositories anymore. We need to bump the version to either 0.26.0 or 0.26.1-SNAPSHOT
