Looks like since we moved to the Atlassian JIRA client 3.2.5, we no longer need org.eclipse.core.runtime.compatibility.auth. This was a requirement in JBDS 8, but was not referenced in JBDS 9 or 10 as we'd moved to a newer Atlassian JIRA client.

So, it appears that this is safe to remove.
