Sometimes I'm still getting the following error

[ERROR] Plugin org.jboss.tools.tycho-plugins:repository-utils:0.26.0-SNAPSHOT or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failure to find org.jboss.tools.tycho-plugins:repository-utils:jar:0.26.0-20161020.174251-11 in https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/repositories/snapshots/ was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of jboss-snapshots-repository has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]

It seems that the above version was removed from
https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/repositories/snapshots/org/jboss/tools/tycho-plugins/

Note that I use parent pom 4.4.1.Final-SNAPSHOT.
