Builds are triggered when changes happen in upstream devstudio product build, or changes happen in the jbdevstudio-product github repo.

So if nothing is changing in jbosstools update site build, or the devstudio product build, then you won't get anything new, because there's nothing new to build.

(That said, both devstudio and jbt builds were broken due to a miscommunication around JBIDE-22225, which is why you were not getting any new builds since Friday.)
