[~rawagner] Any idea why the osgi plugin version is changing after we run tests to include an older singleton? Do the tests install something older into devstudio?

Are you perhaps using an older version of Central (4.60.1.Final-SNAPSHOT / Neon.0) and installing that into the latest devstudio? 

I see that the version of this plugin in devstudio & Red Hat Central from the stable site (devstudio 10.1.0) was 3.11.0.v201060603, but if you look in staging or snapshots, the version is 3.11.1.v20160708.

Or are you installing devstudio into Neon.0 instead of Neon.1a?
