Now when opening a server editor while connection is deleted, an error is thrown "Could not initialized server editor eap-app at OpenShift 3 (10.1.2.2) Reason: Could not find OpenShift connection to host "10.1.2.2:8443" with user "openshift-dev" for server "eap-app at OpenShift 3 (10.1.2.2)". Is this desired [~rob.stryker]? It does not look good to me.
