So, after uninstalling the old and installing the new [1] ...

{code}yum remove rh-eclipse46-devstudio-1.0-1.el7.noarch
 yum install rh-eclipse46-devstudio-1.0-1.el7.x86_64.rpm{code}

I reran the build, and instead of 453 IUs [2], I got 507 IUs [3] in the update site used to build the updated rpm [4]. This seems like a fresh hell / new problem.
