There at least 2 classes IssueIsClosed in the following packages
* org.jboss.tools.common.reddeer.condition
* org.jboss.tools.switchyard.ui.bot.test.condition

Use only the first one in Mars. In Neon completely remove the classes and use the one in RedDeer.
