My goal is to have the version #s look like the Eclipse osgi ones. So devstudio.rpm.feature is at v 10.2.0.[timestamp] and rh-eclipse46-devstudio .rpm will also be 10.2.0.[timestamp]. (The timestamps will vary, however, unless we want to scrape the value from the feature and use that in the spec file.)

Meanwhile in the 4.4.1.x branch, things are still at 10.1.0.[timestamp].
