    Steps to Reproduce: 
ASSERT: Have an OpenShift 3 connection with at least 2 projects.
EXEC: Select second project and open New OpenShift Application wizard.
EXEC: Select a builder image.
EXEC: Finish the wizard.

RESULT: Builder image resources are created on first project.
EXPECTED RESULT: Builder image resources are created on second project.

  was:
1. install Eclipse Neon, and JBoss Tools 4.4.1 final.
2. open wizard and login an OpenShift server.
3. create several project, 'proj-a', 'proj-b', or 'test-1' and 'test2'
4. right click 'proj-b' and select 'New Application'
5. select a template, e.g. 'ruby', make sure in this window 'proj-b' is selected.
6. accept all the default setting and click next until finish.
7. check nothing exist in 'proj-b', but it's created in 'proj-a'
