SwitchYard is unique in that it inherits its version from its org.switchtard SY parent pom.  Consequently the Jenkins SwitchYard tooling build job does not define a VERSION which is then used as the TARGET_FOLDER in the publish job.  Long story short - I established a TARGET_FOLDER parameter in this job so it's easily definable.
