We need to provide Tern.java at least of v.1.2.1 because the critical issue JBDS-4132 is fixed in this version. The update site for Tern.java v.1.2.1 is: http://oss.opensagres.fr/tern.repository/1.2.1/

There is no a release of AngularJS-eclipse based on Tern.java v.1.2.1 (the latest one is 1.2.0). So, the problem here is once AngularJS-eclipse update site incorporates the features and plugins of Tern.java, the update site of AngularJS-eclipse v.1.2.0 contains the features and plugins of Tern.java v.1.2.0 (not of v.1.2.1).
As such, we have to make sure, that if a user installs AngularJS-eclipse during the devstudio installation, the features and plugins of Tern.java v.1.2.1 are to be installed, otherwise the users will still suffer from JBDS-4132.
