[~nickboldt] I would say "apply both PRs - #578 (to update tern.java up to v.1.2.1) and #338 (to update angularjs-eclipse up to v.1.2.0)"

I've tested jst + PR#578 + angularjs-eclipse v.1.2.0.201606160950 installation on WTP 3.8.2 (Neon.3): tern and angular was successfully installed and working as expected.
