I think you mean to remove the integration tests checks from OpenShift, base and server *PRs*, and instead run integration tests weekly. 

These weekly ITest jobs should then be added to the smoke test buildflow:

https://dev-platform-jenkins.rhev-ci-vms.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/job/devstudio.buildflow.it.smoke/lastBuild/console
