Verifying the minimum version is now 5.1.22. The silly part is now you can install 5.1.24 through the installer and it will then show up as newer than recommended. I'll leave that to discussion.

In case someone used previous DevSuite Installer new version will complain that 5.1.22 is older than recommended and wont let you go any further. It is better to use 5.1.22 as minimal version during validation and let to use it.
