-------------------------------------------------------------
Was partially a bootstrapping problem:
https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-download.jboss.org/commit/b6b47fbb48850e866955cbe4589c0194a0ab7f8e
But also forgot to add fuse to the list of paths to generate composite*.xml for:
https://github.com/jbdevstudio/jbdevstudio-ci/commit/6101c5957400e33178fd465803f9d34a21b40968

> http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/static/oxygen/development/updates/fuse-extras/ has a composite site which still points at AM1, not AM2. And since we just released Final, it should be pointing there.
> Similar problem in http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/static/oxygen/stable/updates/fuse-extras/ ... no composite*.xml files present, so not updated.
> Might be a bootstrapping problem, or related to JBIDE-23652
