It is now possible so specify addresses of DevTools and Devstudio RPM repository. If parameters DEVTOOLS_URL and/or DEVSTUDIO_URL are not set then *.repo files are not edited so the default base URLs will be used.

I have also added pipeline job \[1\] which allows us to run all RPM tests at once.
