Figure out how to provision bare metal windows machine with any tool in an automated manner. We want to have reliable windows machine that are capable of virtualization and thus, we can move on with our effort in CI process.  

Actual status of machines in FBC1 lab:
Hardware used so far:
FBC1 Lab servers hostnames:
jbds-03.mw.lab.eng.brq.redhat.com
jbds-03.mw.lab.eng.brq.redhat.com
Purposes of machines:
dell-r210ii-05.lab.eng.brq.redhat.com
RHEL Server 7.3
Foreman installation 1.14.2
Foreman Web UI, credentials are set (I can give an access if needed)
dell-r210ii-06.lab.eng.brq.redhat.com
will be provisioned as bare metal machine
