Yes, I agree, we can trash the fedora24-x86 because we should support only last two versions of each OS. 

Our support matrix is too big, as far as I know, only installer jar tests are running on all supported OS. It is probably because we have limited hardware sources. We can add unreleased F27 but I think that nobody will use it because there are more important OSes.
