Rob suggested I try to change interactive to false here:
https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-openshift/blob/master/plugins/org.jboss.tools.openshift.cdk.server/src/org/jboss/tools/openshift/cdk/server/core/internal/adapter/controllers/CDKLaunchUtility.java#L230

I did that and it seems to fix the problem for me - now cdk starts ok. Now we need to figure out if it works always or we need logic just for some cases etc.
