How much is shown/cut off is apparently platform specific (and most likely relies on fonts). In my MacOS 3 lines are full displayed while the 4th is shown by a few pixels. We could measure the line height and choose to display 3 or 4 full lines
There also inconsistencies in the UI that we can fix at the same time:
