ide-config.properties \[1\] doesn't includes properties for DevStudio 11.2.0.AM2. 

\[1\] http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/configuration/ide-config.properties

It causes problems with RH Central. It seems that Devstudio uses some default URLs and RH Central offers older versions of some plugins. E.g. Openshift 2 3.4.1 (there should be 3.4.2).

JBossTools is not affected.
