Oxygen.0.M5 mirrors are being pulled here:

https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/view/DevStudio/view/Target-Platforms/job/jbosstoolstargetplatformrequirements-mirror-matrix/ >=76

Once they're done, this TP can be built locally and updated to include the correct IU versions:

https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-target-platforms/pull/252

This PR will move Central to include Oxygen.0.M5 and latest Orbit -- so should NOT merge it until we have a 4.4.x branch first:

https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-discovery/pull/342

We can then send notifications:
