    Steps to Reproduce: 

# ASSERT: make sure that you have "oc" available at a path that contains a " " (ex. /Users/adietish/Download/oc binaries/oc)
# ASSERT: have an OpenShift server adapter 
# EXEC: start the adapter

Result:
Publishing fails, reporting that the "oc" binary could not be found

  was:
