{quote}I'd still like to see 'Tools' as an IS category since it's something a user would likely search for. Let me run this past the IS folk and see what they think for their top 5.{quote} -- JBDS-4274

Barry said:

{quote}Not sure where Data Virtualization would fit.  Database Development would be the logical choice.. if this is what we have to work with.{quote}

So, the consensus is therefore these 5 categories for the stack:

{code}
Business Intelligence, Reporting and Charting
Database Development
Database Persistence
SOA Development
Web Services{code}

OR... perhaps drop Database Persistence in favour of Tools, if Barry's happy with just Database Development for Teiid Designer?

{code}
Tools
Business Intelligence, Reporting and Charting
Database Development
SOA Development
Web Services{code}

Will you pick 5 of these 6?

{code}
Tools
Business Intelligence, Reporting and Charting
Database Development
SOA Development

> After a recent change to the Eclipse Marketplace, we can only select up to 5 categories. This affects how we're discovered when someone searches for Marketplace listings.
> Here's what we currently use for JBoss Tools and devstudio:
> {code}Application Server
> Database Development
> Linux Tools
> Mobile and Device Development
> Web, XML, Java EE and OSGi Enterprise Development
> {code}
> And for Devstudio IS:
> {code}
> Database Development
> IDE
> SOA Development
> Tools{code}
> For Integration Stack, we could drop "IDE" and "Tools" and use instead:
> {code}
> Business Intelligence, Reporting and Charting
> Database Development
> Database Persistence
> SOA Development
> Web Services{code}
> What do you think?
