[~dgolovin] - placement looks fine.  Terminology is a bit odd for the sentence.  We seem to be suggesting it will be ready soon, but then pointing them to it right now?

If it is actually available for download, I would reword to say "Red Hat Container Development Kit 3.0.0 Beta Technical Preview is now available for download from developers.redhat.com!"
