Program call, Feb 23:

* Docs/QE/dev: Move from supported with F22/F23 to F23/F24
* Fedora 25 will be a “tested with” platform, not a “supported” platform.
* Docs: need to state that F25 works, if Wayland is disabled (document the workaround)
* QE: need to test w/ F25 and report issued to upstream
