Can't reproduce in 10.4-0.20170223.1114.el7. 
Tested with following sites:

* https://devstudio.redhat.com/10.0/snapshots/builds/jbosstools-discovery.earlyaccess_master/latest/all/repo/
* https://devstudio.redhat.com/10.0/staging/updates/integration-stack/discovery/10.1.0.GA/
