I was unable to install from
https://ogondza01.lab.eng.brq.redhat.com/mw-cloud-1.609/update-center.json
so I downloaded the hpi files from
https://updates.jenkins-ci.org/1.609/update-center.json then uploaded
them one by one to the server to install them.
