Discovery site is built. You should be able to find new Windup tooling in Red Hat Central now.

If installing into Eclipse JavaEE bundle, you can Help > Install > https://devstudio.jboss.com/10.0/snapshots/updates/discovery.earlyaccess/master/ then search for the JBoss Central feature. Restart when prompted. On restart, open Central and enable Early Access, and you should see this:
