On the topic of fewer jobs to maintain... I've got a multi-config matrix job for running the Javaee tests:

https://dev-platform-jenkins.rhev-ci-vms.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/view/Devstudio/view/devstudio_master/job/jbosstools-javaee-tests-matrix_master/

Maybe that's easier than the many individual cdi, jsf, seam, and batch jobs you have?
