Turns out it was a job misconfiguration, which I've now fixed. And the old job has moved to CCI.

https://dev-platform-jenkins.rhev-ci-vms.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/job/jbosstools-javaee-tests-matrix_master/ ... and it's been updated to run on osx and windows, too.
