I'm not sure why we need to remove the build number (B###). The version will be changed after every build since there is a timestamp.

Moreover, a long time ago we agreed to the following format (JBTIS-471)
{code}
x.y.z.BUILD_ALIAS-vYYYYMMDD-hhmm-B###
{code}

So, we should follow the above format. Of course, we can agree on a different format but not in the coming release.
