We are going to have more types than unit & integration tests.
1. Unit tests
2. UI tests
3. Integration tests which run against target platform created by tycho from reading MANIFEST.MF or pom.xml (simply said when you run just mvn verify)
4. Integration tests which run against devstudio (mvn verify -PITests -PdownloadDevstudio)

So which of these types of tests should run as a PR check ? I would say first 2 are a must.

+1 for nested view.
