I've updated the email settings for the two jobs. Looks like the current problem is that the Eclipse 4.7 S-RC4a build has been deleted in favour of the 4.7 R build. So the job was downloading an HTML page instead of a tar.gz and could therefore not continue.

I've triggered both matrix jobs and we'll see if they get any further.
