PR to mark all the seam/cdi stuff deprecated (hasn't been updated since 2014):

Meanwhile I've updated the test run job to only run the jsf and batch tests, since cdi and seam tests are prone to failure / are unsupported / are deprecated.

Removing Seam and CDI features from the CoreTools categories on the JBT and devstudio update sites / default installs:
