I would further assume that your ITests are run as one of these jobs:

https://dev-platform-jenkins.rhev-ci-vms.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/view/Devstudio/view/devstudio_integration_tests/

If you don't see anything in there that looks like server/jmx/as/archives/wtp... then maybe the problem is that https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-22680 was not completed yet. See also https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-22799
