This will ensure Fuse is available in:

* CoreTools / Abridged devstudio category on the update site
* BYOE category on the update site
* a new FuseTools category, including the 5 fuse features and the com.jboss.devstudio.fuse.feature wrapper too on the update site
* source features are on the update site (but not categorized)
* devstudio installer jar as a 3rd installable feature.group (along with testng and devstudio)

Then, Fuse can be:

* installed OOTB via the devstudio installer (along with testng and devstudio)
* uninstalled via the devstudio installer (along with testng and devstudio)
* updateable separately from devstudio, eg., if a new version comes out out-of-band relative to devstudio releases
* installable from com.jboss.devstudio.fuse.feature via devsuite installer if requested by the user
