[~dgolovin] [~lhein] Does this mean we should NOT add the Fuse feature into the Eclipse Marketplace entries for JBT and devstudio? We can add it and mark it optional. Or omit it entirely.

I can also remove it from the CoreTools and BYOE categories if we want to make Fuse less "you should install this as it's part of devstudio" and more optional. WDYT?
