* ensure license / readme are up to date in the github repo
* migrate jboss.discovery.site.integration-stack-sap.url to jboss.discovery.fuse-extras.site.url in ide-config.properties
* integrate publishing of fuse-extras site into staging & release jobs (copy step, validation step, ide-config.properties update step)
