Verified in devstudio-11.0.0.AM1-v20170622-1352-B295. There is org.eclipse.wst.server.discovery_1.3.100.v201705102053.jar and serverAdapterSites.xml is poining to oxygen. There is also installed org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as v3.3.0.
