steps to reproduce:
# ASSERT: have a server adapter 
# EXEC: open up the editor for the server adapter
# EXEC: click the "Select..." button
# ASSERT: service selection wizard shows up
# EXEC: select a service and hit "Finish".

suggested improvement:
# EXEC: double click the service
