the initial patch fixes this error. 
but we have still issues:
* stopping debugging does not disable the debugging on the pods, we're just terminating Eclipse debugging facilities
* we cant handle nodejs and eap differently (JBIDE-23900) and thus set DEBUG and DEBUG_PORT where in nodejs DEBUG_PORT is (apparently enough)
