Since there are no graphiti deps in JBT TP it makes sense to add the reddeer.graphiti.feature to JBTIS TP.
I'd like to migrate some UI tests to the Fuse tooling project and I need the above dependency.

Once it is decided to move the Fuse tooling in JBT then all related deps will be moved to JBT TP as well.
