Hit a problem resolving Docker deps in updated work-in-progress TP for Neon.3:

[ERROR]   Missing requirement: com.spotify.docker.client 3.6.8.v20161117-2005 requires 'package org.apache.http 4.4.1' but it could not be found
[ERROR]   Cannot satisfy dependency: org.eclipse.linuxtools.docker.core 2.3.0.201703072040 depends on: bundle com.spotify.docker.client 3.6.8

Problem is that none of the Neon.3 or Orbit sites have a 4.4.1 version of org.apache.http; instead they have these:
