But if you browse the devstudio update sites with p2browser you see that the central sites [1] [2]  have not been updated to include 3.8.4 -- it still has 3.8.3 in it:

So... there's a PUBLISHING problem here.

Appears that the jobs were disabled or at least we not firing.

I've triggered them and tweaked them so they should build more often.
