1. Installation of Eclipse jee-neon (build id: 20170314-1500) - passed.
2. Install New Software (https://devstudio.jboss.com/10.0/snapshots/updates/), BYOE - exec
3. Installation offers remediation page:
*   !byoe_keep2.png|thumbnail!  - notice that offered version of devstudio is 10.3.0.20170218-1636!
*   !byoe_update2.png|thumbnail!  - very same as lukas had! - I chose this way
4. Review shows Docker Tooling 2.3.0.201704251823
5. Installation went alright (although, took some time on "provisioning committing operation")
6. Restarted eclipse after installation, and I verified that IDe contains Docker plugins in these versions:
*  !byoe_afeter_install.png|thumbnail! 

As of testing of docker, that is something else, I tried to start cdk and verified that docker tooling did its basic jobs, let say smoke tests! In case that you want to verify docker tooling in depth I suggest to ask [~jkopriva].
