    Steps to Reproduce: 
ASSERT: Have an OpenShift 3 connection and a project
EXEC: Create a new application (I used nodejs:latest image)
EXEC: Create a server adapter for the service that was created with the application
EXEC: Remove the created service
EXEC: open up the editor for the server adapter

Result:
An error pops up:
!replication-controllers-cannot-be-loaded.png! 
The editor for the server adapter shows broken layout and widgets for the resource that the adapter is bound to:
!server-adapter-resource-widget-weirdness.png!
