Ok - clean install of devstudio-10.4.0.GA-v20170509-1552-B40 and then Fuse only install results in:
 !bz511793-2.png|thumbnail! 
So - is this patch pushed up into the IS discovery/central in the event a user disabled its installation at the devstudio level?   (since we always seem to have it already installed)
